What happened to him in 2023?

As far as we know Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romani on 29 December 2022 with 2 other suspects without any evidence. They were accused of r*ape, human trafficking and organised crime to exploit a group of at least 6 woman, which all four claimed to be lies and that they were innocent. All 4 suspects spend 3 months in jail.

But Tristan and Tate were recently released and put under house arrest instead. The investigation is still ongoing and just because they are now under house arrest does not mean that it is the beginning of the end of their troubles.Regardless the arrest, he does not remain quite and says: “I am cleaner than 99.9% of the people you walk past in the mall”.

What does he do now?

Shortly after being released, Tate said he wanted to thank the judges “who heard us today, because they were very attentive and they listened to us, and they let us free.”

“ I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero percent chance of me being convicted for something I’ve not done.” He said.

Let’s not forget, the former professional kickboxer and self-proclaimed misogynist was banned from having an account on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for violating rules on “dangerous individuals” and breaching hate speech rules. He was suspended from Twitter in 2017 but allowed back in November 2022. So he started tweeting again:

“I don’t care how beautiful she is, can be a 25/10.

I don’t care how perfect her picture is.

I don’t even slow down as I scroll.

Infact seeing ANY of these females repulses me.

TRULY immune to thirst traps.

It’s all a psyop. A mind attack.

I couldn’t give less of a f*ck.”

In a post in the early hours of April 3 morning the former kickboxer said he anticipates being shot as all the other “silencing attempts” have failed. ““As all other silencing attempts fail, and stage 3 approaches – I anticipate a bullet will be the chosen utensil of pacification. I can only pray and prepare. I will force myself to breathe the best I can. I promise”

Brothers will remain under house arrest until April 29. We do not know more than that none of the four has yet been formally indicted.
